**Typewise** is an AI-powered customer service platform designed to eliminate repetitive support tasks, allowing teams to respond faster without losing the "human touch." Having evolved from an award-winning keyboard app with 2 million downloads, Typewise now focuses on enterprise-level efficiency - helping support agents fetch data from legacy systems, automate complex workflows, and manage seamless handoffs between AI and human representatives. Typewise approached us to create a high-impact explainer video that demonstrates their "Human-in-the-Loop" philosophy. The goal was to show how their AI handles the "busywork" of support operations while ensuring complex cases are transitioned smoothly to human judgment.

We delved into the Typewise ecosystem to highlight its unique selling points: omnichannel integration, the ability to pull data from outdated legacy systems, and the "smart handoff" feature. By analyzing the common pain points of support leads, we structured a narrative that moves from the chaos of high ticket volumes to the organized efficiency of an AI-augmented workflow.
Concept Development
The creative concept centers on the promise of "faster resolutions and more human moments." The narrative follows a specific ticket lifecycle: an incoming request enters an omnichannel inbox, the AI automates the initial repetitive steps, a human expert steps in for a nuanced edge case, and the AI finally resumes to close the ticket. We used clean UI motion and workflow diagrams to make these complex technical processes feel intuitive and accessible.
Animation
The visual style was built around a polished, enterprise-SaaS aesthetic. We focused on fluid UI transitions and lightweight metric callouts to emphasize speed and reliability. By using modular interface elements, we were able to demonstrate the AI’s interaction with the inbox and legacy databases in a way that feels modern and high-tech, yet simple to navigate.
