We began by analyzing Smart Working’s hiring process, vetting standards, and differentiation in the remote talent market. This stage helped us identify the platform’s strongest value drivers: carefully vetted developers, fast hiring timelines, seamless team integration, and future-ready skills powered by the AI Academy. These insights shaped a clear narrative focused on trust, efficiency, and long-term scalability for growing companies.
Concept Development
Based on the discovery phase, we developed a concept centered on clarity, reliability, and speed. The story contrasts traditional hiring challenges — slow recruitment, mismatched talent, and onboarding friction — with Smart Working’s streamlined process. Visually, we structured the narrative around a clear step-by-step flow: source, vet, match, onboard. Clean UI-style graphics, process animations, and trust markers were used to keep the story easy to follow and highly credible.
Animation
Once the storyboard and styleframes were approved, we moved into animation. The visual style is clean, modern, and confident — reflecting Smart Working’s professional and reliable positioning. Through smooth transitions, modular process animations, and clear UI visuals, we showcased how companies can quickly build high-performing engineering teams.
