**Outcome** is an AI-powered orchestration platform specifically designed for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. It enables firms to skip the traditionally long "AI readiness" phase and move straight to being "AI-active." By ingesting any data source or document type and applying a CRE-specific deterministic model, Outcome automates workflows across leasing, accounting, finance, and asset management, providing reliable intelligence where it's needed most. Outcome partnered with us to produce an enterprise-grade explainer video that demonstrates how fragmented, manual data processes can be transformed into a streamlined, automated engine for trustworthy insights.

We analyzed the unique complexities of the CRE sector, identifying the primary pain point: fragmented data trapped in various document types and legacy systems. We focused on Outcome’s ability to ingest this data and apply its deterministic model, ensuring the narrative emphasized "trustworthy intelligence" over generic AI buzzwords. This research allowed us to target specific operational areas like leasing, development, and finance.

Concept Development

The creative concept centers on a "Manual-to-Active" transformation. We structured the story to show how manual workflows are automated in minutes, highlighting the "ask-your-data" functionality through familiar interfaces like Slack, email, and text. The narrative culminates in a high-level dashboard view, showing how raw documents evolve into real-time and predictive insights. The tone was kept professional and enterprise-ready, focusing on reliability and speed.

Animation

The animation style utilizes a high-end SaaS aesthetic with clean UI motion and structured workflow diagrams. We used polished data storytelling techniques to visualize how the AI processes information. Key features like the omnichannel interaction (texting the data) and predictive dashboard charts were designed with smooth transitions to reinforce the feeling of a seamless, modern platform.
