Process

Edits and Revisions

Concept Sketches & Storyboards

We’ll provide two initial concepts for your video. You can choose one, combine elements from both, or even share your own idea if you’d like — it’s totally fine at this stage.

Once the overall direction is approved, we’ll develop the full storyboard in one consistent style, based on the chosen concept.

Revisions

We include 1–2 revision rounds at each stage (script, storyboard, animation). Extra rounds can be added for an additional fee, but any missed changes from our side are always fixed free of charge. Major revisions that change the approved brief or concept are discussed separately.

Revision Flexibility

We keep revisions simple: small tweaks are always welcome, and we’re flexible as long as they don’t change the approved concept. Bigger changes that shift the direction can be discussed separately.

Stage-Specific Revisions

During complimentary revisions, we only revise the stage in progress. At the design stage, we adjust the design only; at the animation stage, we adjust the animation only.

Payment Schedule

We work on a fixed-price basis. After presenting you with a clear budget, we split the payment into 2–3 milestones. Typically, you pay 50% upfront to start the project, and the remaining part when the video is almost complete. This way, you see real progress before the final payment, while the project stays secure for both sides.
