Each stage will have an estimated duration, and the overall project timeline will be outlined after the client fills up the brief.

It's essential to note that if the client consistently delays with feedback, the deadline of the project can be changed, potentially affecting the budget as well.

Process

Edits and Revisions

Concept Sketches & Storyboards

We’ll provide one or two initial concept sketches or storyboards. If they don’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to draft your own concept. We can also create more options for an additional fee to ensure the final design matches your vision.

Smooth Collaboration

We’ll keep your project moving smoothly while accommodating your vision. We offer one complimentary round of improvement requests at each development stage; any further revisions are charged at our hourly rate.

Revision Limit

We allow 5–6 edits in the complimentary revision round. Any extra edits will be billed at our hourly rate.

Stage-Specific Revisions

During complimentary revisions, we only revise the stage in progress. At the design stage, we adjust the design only; at the animation stage, we adjust the animation only.

Payment Schedule

Per hour

If we are working on an hourly rate basis, our payment structure follows Upwork rules.

Per Project

For fixed-price contracts, we require a 50% payment upfront in the middle of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
