Overview

Ruceto is a SaaS palatform that streamlines financial modeling by transforming multiple Excel inputs into a structured, formula-driven cash flow model. Finance teams can upload bank transactions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable files, add assumptions, and instantly generate a professional workbook with linked tabs and export-ready formulas. With an Excel plugin for live updates and a KPI dashboard for performance monitoring, Ruceto brings speed, accuracy, and consistency to cash flow planning. Ruceto approached us to create a short, modern promo video that clearly demonstrates its workflow and benefits for finance teams, suitable for multiple formats including web, social, and app previews

The primary goal was to present Ruceto as a fast, reliable, and visually intuitive solution for cash flow modeling and FP&A automation, highlighting the simplicity of transforming raw data into actionable insights.

We analyzed the Ruceto workflow, identifying its key advantages: automated data consolidation, formula-driven modeling, live Excel plugin updates, and KPI tracking. These insights helped shape a narrative focused on speed, accuracy, and professional presentation, showing finance teams exactly how Ruceto simplifies complex tasks.

Concept Development

The concept focuses on a simple, step-by-step transformation story: upload files, input assumptions, generate the model, export to Excel, and track KPIs on the dashboard. Clean UI-style animation, minimal text overlays, and subtle motion graphics ensure the process is easy to follow and visually appealing. This approach was designed to work across different video formats — from social media snippets to web promo videos and app previews.

Animation

Once the storyboard and styleframes were approved, we produced the animation with a modern, SaaS-focused aesthetic. Smooth transitions, modular UI elements, and polished dashboard visuals demonstrate the workflow from file upload to KPI monitoring. Light background music and precise pacing reinforce clarity, while the multiple video formats ensure flexibility for different marketing channels.
